Prices are in USD for the listed coverage. Applicable taxes and any venue, permit, admission, or special access fees are additional. Availability and final scope are confirmed in your proposal. Coverage is consecutive and includes travel between wedding-day locations.
In every collection
You work directly with me from our first conversation through your finished photographs. We’ll discuss the people, details, traditions, and must-have images that make your wedding yours.
Your gallery includes the selected, professionally edited photographs that tell the story of your day, with high-resolution downloads and personal print rights. There is no required print purchase. Duplicate frames, test shots, and RAW files are not part of the delivered gallery.
Allow approximately 6–8 weeks for the complete wedding gallery. Your proposal will confirm delivery timing and gallery access.

A few practical details
Start with your ceremony time and the last moment you want photographed. Add getting ready, a first look if you want one, family portraits, reception events, and travel. I’ll help you map it out before you choose.
I am the lead photographer for these collections. When a second photographer is included, I arrange a professional colleague to work alongside me. Nancy’s work appears in historical D&N reviews; she is not an included photographer in these new collections.
Heirloom includes a $750 credit toward one wedding album, not a finished album at an unspecified size. We’ll agree the design, size, pages, and full price before ordering. Any amount above the credit is additional; the credit has no cash value.
Local travel is included for Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and Anna Maria Island. Venue access, parking, admission, and permit charges, if any, are separate and discussed in your proposal.
First, we confirm availability and the right coverage. Your date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. The proposal and agreement set out the payment schedule and cancellation terms.
